Welcome to Mirari (the “App”), an interactive encyclopedia published by Vitalii Ivanov Factorial Complexity (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mirari mobile application, this website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Mirari is designed to be enjoyed by children as well as adults. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
1. The Service
Mirari provides curated, rewritten encyclopedia content organized into topic books, along with interactive features such as maps, timelines, flash cards, and image hotspots. We may add, change, or remove books and features over time. New content is added on an ongoing basis.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You may create one using an email address or a supported sign-in provider (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Mirari offers a selection of free content and an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited access. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s terms.
- Paid plans may include a free trial period. Unless cancelled, a subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
- Your account is charged through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:
- copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell content except as expressly permitted;
- attempt to bypass access controls, subscription gating, or security measures;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or the networks it relies on; or
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
