You can permanently delete your Mirari account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This is free and irreversible.
Delete from the app
- Open Mirari and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.
Delete by email
Prefer to ask us directly? Email hello@mirari.to from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify the request and delete your account, usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login identifiers
- Your profile, preferences, and saved library
- Personal data we hold about you, except records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax purposes), which are kept only for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
About your subscription
Deleting your Mirari account does not cancel an Apple subscription on its own. To stop future charges, also cancel the subscription in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings on your device. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
